THE TRUTH ABOUT THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

We are NOT here to elevate our thoughts and purify our minds.

Kabbalist Isaac Luria is clear about this.

Bad and negative thoughts are supposed to come to our minds.

Instead of trying to purify our consciousness, we are here to simply resist negative thoughts and push them away.

They are not going to stop invading our mind-space until the redemption arrives. Then, and only then, do we purify our thoughts and channel the Light of the Creator (consciousness) through our minds.

So let go of any guilt that you might have over negative thoughts. They are supposed to strike us.

Just don’t take ownership of them!

Let them go.

Resist.

And resist the guilt, as well.

Each time we resist negative thoughts and fight back, we ignite Light in this world.

The problem is when we take ownership of these thoughts because we believe they belong to us.

They don’t.

They are impressed into our minds by the negative force called ego or the Opponent, as explained in the Zohar.

The Opponent will keep taking shots.

You need to keep deflecting them away.

And know you are changing the world each time you do.
