Quick note: I had pneumonia and a suffocation issue 25 years ago, very scary, and Kabbalist Rav Berg, who was out of town during that time, had me do a meditation with him over the phone in the middle of the night.
He meditated to help me as I held my hand over my throat/lungs and gazed at the letters.
I freaked out when the heat started radiating out of my hand. And I was scared to death because in that moment, I KNEW the letters and this technology worked. It was bizarre.
