It’s like one hurricane and earthquake after another. Such chaos.
But there is order beneath the chaos. Just look. The problem is simple: The Light shares. We receive. We are opposite the Light. In the spiritual realm, opposites repel. Therefore the Light and Humanity repelled one another and disconnected. This created space.
Space is where the darkness and negativity exist.
We need to remove space.
Space between people creates space between our world, our lives, and the Light. This darkness and space is where earthquakes, hurricanes, and other calamities exist and emerge from.
The key is to remove space by uniting opposites.
But that is like trying to unite fire and water. It’s impossible.
Excess fire will evaporate water. Excess water will extinguish fire. They are incompatible.
But there is a way. A miraculous way according to the Kabbalists.
Take a pot. Fill it with water. Place the pot over a flame. Fire now infuses the water and brings it to boil.
Presto. You have united fire and water!
You need a middle element, an intermediary to unite opposites.
Miracles are found in the middle.
When there is no middle ground, there are only extremes. Extreme weather, extreme earthquakes, extreme sickness, extreme human trafficking, extreme inequality, extreme depression and sadness and anxiety.
If we meet in the middle, the space evaporates and extreme gives way to balance, healing, harmony.
The political left is on an extreme mission to criticize the right. And vice versa.
We must find the opposite view and build a bridge, and that effort will eradicate the space. Period.
Every side has truth. Regardless of what your ego tells you.
Stop focusing on the bad of the other side. That is a sand trap. A decoy. Instead, find the good. Any good. Traces of good.
Find it in Trump.
Find it in Hillary.
Stop judging your friends. Stop judging your enemies. Find the good in them.
When you do, you build a bridge and create a middle ground.
The US is still pulling to the extreme political right and the extreme left and despite the pain and suffering of hurricanes and other calamities, they are not coming together. And so the chaos continues. Each side is trying to destroy the other side. Each side is steeped in ego and an know-it-all mentality and thus they cannot see the bigger picture.
We must find the middle, we must look for the good, or nature and life will become extreme self fulfilling prophecies of our judgment upon each other.
No judgment can befall us if we do not judge others. I repeat, it is a universal law that no judgment can strike us, if we do not pull the trigger of judgment upon others.
This is a good message the day before Rosh Hashanah, the so-called day of judgment.
