Thanks Billy. I need some clarity on being ‘reactive.’ Let’s say i’m delighted by something and/or joyful or happy that was elicited by something, i.e. seeing the beauty of nature, someone smiling at me, listening to beautiful music, eating a nice desert, doing volunteer service…is that being ‘reactive’? So then one should just be kind of ‘neutral’ in every case?

  Thanks Billy. I guess when you’d said: ….’you react to something terrible, you react to something “good”……’ I thought maybe you’d meant that sometimes the good times ‘response’ and such is ego ‘reactive’
