KIDNAPPED
According to 18th century Kabbalist Rav Moses David Valle, Rav Shimon bar Yohai is the connection for all Israelites to the source and Cause of all causes — the Light of the Creator. Valle also says Jesus was sent to bring the Kabbalistic wisdom to the rest of the world in a language they can understand. He is their conduit back to the true soul of the Torah. The following story reflects this idea in a miraculous way. It comes from Kathylynn Pierre Griff.
In February of this year, my aunt Gisele and uncle Marc were kidnapped during the day time by six kidnappers. My uncle wrestled with one of the kidnappers and accidentally got shot in the foot. The kidnapper was trying to scare him and shoot the ground but the bullet had a mind of its own. That night they dropped my uncle off in the countryside outside of PAP. Some of the country men and women got him to Doctors without Boarders.
The kidnappers did not release my aunt. They wanted a $200,000 ransom for her. Since my uncle is a Episcopalian Priest, University Professor and former Senator, he received a lot of support from the Church and Government who were negotiating with the kidnappers on his behalf.
So I started scanning the Zohar from that day. On Tuesday (2/22) when we met, I was encouraged by my teacher Benny Halfon to buy some Zohar sets. I didn’t pick them up until Monday (2/28). Monday night I brought one set of Zohar to my mom as well. She scanned that night, but my dad wouldn’t. He just laughed.
On Tuesday morning, my mom scanned and got on her knees to pray. She said that he felt all the hairs on her head stand up and then she saw my aunt with two angels sitting beside my aunt and then she said to herself, “Gisele will be freed” Then she opened her bible and fell on this chapter in Mathews, Chapter 21, Verse 21 : Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. 22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
Well Tuesday night my aunt was released for free. She was left in the countryside. She found a house and the people there let her stay and use their phone. This such a wonderful opportunity to get all of my family connected to the Zohar, and do the work that needs to be done in Haiti.
My Uncle and Aunt are coming sometime in April for a month to take a breather. My uncle studied at the University of Jerusalem for a little and can read Hebrew and Aramaic. A full Zohar set was delivered to his Church by Leah last November. I will keep scanning and do my part to continue battling that EGO so I can continue and become the channel I am meant to be.
