SCIENCE AND RELIGION DEBATE

Science cannot see the truth underlying religion and religion cannot see the truth of science. And both fail miserably in providing a method for eradicating the pain from the lives of people simply because both take the Bible literally. The ancient Kabbalists, and the Zohar, tell us that who ever takes the Bible literally, it would be better if such a person had never been born.

That’s how far off the mark the Bible is from understanding reality and transforming it — when it’s taken literally!

A scientist would never take a table or a chair literally when trying to understand the nature of reality. The scientist probes into the wood fibers, then deeper still into the molecules, then atoms, then subatomic particles, and then it will even smash those sub-atomic particles to delve into the very root of reality.

Well, the Bible has a subatomic level as well. It’s called Zohar.

And the “atom smasher” that has the power to explore the deepest level of reality of the Bible is also the Zohar.

The Zohar is the most powerful atom-smasher on earth.

Today, science has merely become another form of religion, exhibiting all the traits of organized religion; narrow-mindedness, arrogance, claiming to own the sole truth of existence, belittling those who disagree, actively promoting, preaching and teaching its tenets and ideas to sway the consciousness of the world to its side.

The sad and tragic part of all this, is that the Zohar — the ancient text that profoundly influenced Isaac Newton, Wilhelm Leibniz, Henry More and all of the great physicists of the scientific revolution — has the power to reconcile and unite science and religion and present an all-embracing truth that absolutely resolves the chaos of life. It  presents a game plan and technology for transforming our world into one of authentic peace and longevity and the deepest of fulfillment. Beyond what a scientist or religionist would even dare to imagine.

There is a way to resolve the science-religion debate. There always has been. But egocentric impulses, the lust for power and the relentless craving for control over others, has prevented the Zohar from reaching ordinary people. Blood has been spilled in the effort to keep the Zohar from reaching all people. War, genocide, famine, poverty and even natural disasters are the result.

THE COSMOLOGY OF KABBALAH

The Zohar described a Big Bang creation two thousand years before science.

The Zohar said the universe exists in ten and twenty-six dimensions twenty centuries before the physicists who brought us superstring theory.

The Zohar said true reality is timeless, without space or motion, before Einstein’s Theory of Relativity.

The Zohar said the world was round, with seven continents and different time zones, 1500 years before Columbus (who had the Zohar courtesy of Abraham Zacuto. Look him up).

The Zohar explained evolution in such stunning fashion that it dignifies and unites science and true religion (not organized religion) in a manner that leaves you breathless by its simplicity and a bit foolish for having debated this issue  for so long, when in fact, there is no debate, once you grasp the Zohar.Evolution God

The Zohar said “bad fats in our arteries” causes heart disease and illness centuries before modern-day medical science.

The Zohar said matter is really made up of energy in the form of “heaps of waves” and that matter and waves are two sides of one coin called reality, long before quantum physics appeared on the landscape of science.

The Zohar said these waves of energy are really made up of consciousness, thought, the brainwaves of God, radiating from the Light that shines from the Creator.

Consciousness is the root of our reality.

When scientists can expand their own consciousness to the point where it’s free of ego and self-interest, they will be ready to reconcile, with dignity, the science-spirituality debate. When religionists shed their ego and narrow-mindedness that results from a literal reading of the Bible, they will be able to see the stunning truth of science and physics, and realize God created the scientist and the religionist, which means there’s a stunning message there waiting to be unraveled.

It’s called Zohar.

The Zohar embraces physics and true religion (not organized religion) and brings them together as two sides of one coin called paradise.

If we want paradise, we need to unite the two.

The one obstacle is ego. You see, a scientist or a religionist doesn’t want the truth. At least, not as their first priority. First, they want careers, success, money, power, control, and the propagation of their own views and belief systems. Guess what? That is by design of God. We are all created with massive egos and relentless self-interest on purpose.

Why?

So that we could earn the paradise that is our destiny, earn the truth that underlies science and religion. We are supposed to overcome our prejudices and selfish, narrow-minded opinions in order to strive and work hard at uncovering the simple unity that unites all the wisdom of mankind. We have to work hard at separating out the layers of stupidity, corruption and literal misunderstandings that exist in both arenas.

The Zohar says when science and spirituality come together, the redemption of mankind will take place. The world will end death and chaos and war and peace and biological immortality will arrive.

Now ask yourself this: Who in the world of science is prepared to face the ridicule of their peers for opening up the Zohar in the search for peace and scientific truth? Who in religion is willing to peer into Kabbalah to find the root of their own religion, be it Christianity, Torah or Islam, and find the ultimate truth that respects all religions and confirms science?

I recently gave a lecture NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre. One physicist ran over at the end of it literally freaking out about the Zohar’s insights into creation and reality.

I invited all the scientists and people in that lecture hall to call anytime so that we can share the Zohar’s teachings and deliver a true, Grand Unified Theory. After all, the Zohar ignited the scientific revolution of the 17th century  when the physicists of the renaissance opened up the Zohar.

Wolfgang Pauli studied Kabbalah in the 20th century.

The great astronomers of the Middle Ages, men who have craters named on the moon after them, these were all Kabbalists who knew the wisdom of Zohar.

So why not again in our day?

So far, no one has taken me up on the invitation. Clearly, there is more work to be done.

But we are so close to the end. Truly close.

The Zohar says we must unite science and spirituality and remove the enmity that exists between people, between enemies and between belief systems.

Everyone owns a portion of the truth, like a piece of a picture puzzle.  The Zohar is the map that shows us how to connect all the puzzle pieces.

When we do, a new world will dawn.

In the modern era the two, religion and modern science have begun to overlap in many regards. Even the orthodox of different faiths cannot completely disparage valid scientific proof and remedy. Certainly modern medicine has helped ease the suffering and pain of humanity, at the very least on a physical level. That’s not insignificant either. You write that both science and religion fail miserably in eradicating pain from people’s lives because both take the Bible literally. Really, how so? Does modern science uphold and support biblical texts as the determining factor or principal doctrine in hypothesizing and collecting proposed explanation for a phenomenon? Sorry bro, but That sounds absurd to me.

“…that who ever takes the Bible literally, it would be better if such a person had never been born.”

Really? Unfortunately, ignorance and fanaticism are a courser level of human consciousness. Primitive and unevolved as may be the case. Development, evolution and expansion of consciousness are all intertwined. Patience and persistence (there is no holier than thou) are tools that can help to chisel away the debris of ignorance. However, I would prefer not to preach the precept, “dude, considering your views, better off that you were never born”.

“Now ask yourself this: Who in the world of science is prepared to face ridicule by their peers for opening up the Zohar in the search for peace?” –Check out Gerald Schroeder, not a self professed “Kabbalist” Read some of his work. I think that you’d be impressed and perhaps pleased as well.

On a personal note, I admire your zeal. Last night I checked out your video on You Tube. We have much in common and I too reside in L.A. It would be great to break some bread with you one day.

    • Thanks for taking the time to comment Brian. I appreciate it. In my reply, first let me refer to the quote “…that who ever takes the Bible literally, it would be better if such a person had never been born.” This is not my quote. It belongs to Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, the giant Kabbalist and revered author of the Zohar. And the point is, if people, including science, probed to the spiritual essence of the Bible — the Zohar — then all chaos, pain and, death itself, would be eradicated from the landscape of human existence. Period. We would not need to alleviate pain. Pain would no longer exist, nor would death, nor would our doubt and skepticism about this extraordinary promise of paradise and eternal existence.

And the Zohar does not mean some ethereal heavenly paradise in some other dimension. The Kabbalists speak of biological immortal existence right here on earth, in a world that is united, loving and advanced beyond all technology currently in existence. A fusion of consciousness and physicality where physicality becomes the effect, not the cause, of that which will heal us, comfort us and transform the world. Physicality will be subservient to consciousness, which will be the cause. When I say, science and religion fail miserably, i refer to bringing our destiny into the present, the perfected world i just described.

      It’s not here.
Hasn’t been here since the dawn of creation.
      That is a miserable failure.

Each day one tear drop falls from any one person on earth, when it could have been alleviated and prevented if we just unleashed the spiritual power of the Zohar and our own consciousness, that is a miserable failure.

I should point out, it’s not up to science and religion to change themselves. Its up to us, as individuals to change ourselves and THAT is how we generate change in the world of science and religion. I write this article to wake myself up, to make myself strive harder to get rid of my own ugly ego. I also hope this inspires people, scientists and religionists, to open up just a little bit and inquire about what the Zohar offers. We can accelerate that process by our own internal war against our own self interest and egocentric impulses which rule our consciousness and subsequent behavioral actions.

Hope i clarified the post a little bit.

    Shalom William,
I don’t know if you remember me. I’m the brother of Rachel (Odeya) Roded-Tennenbaum & I lived in L.A. for a year & a half during 2005-2006. I currently reside in Israel near Jerusalem where I was born & raised.
Firstly, I’d like to ask you where can I find in the Hebrew edition Zohar, what you’ve referred to under the sub-heading “The Cosmology of Kabbalah” as –
    – The Big Bang creation
    – The timelessness of reality
    – The roundness of the Earth, the seven continents & the different time zones
    – Evolution

Besides, I’m wondering how can I get in touch with you directly & discretely. I’m working on something for the past several years that I’d like to share with you & get your opinion on.

Thank you, Chag Same’ch & all the best,
    Yochai

    • Thanks for writing. You can find this different volumes of Zohar and in the writings of Rav Isaac Luria on his commentary on the Zohar’s creation story. Seven continents and round earth is in Vayikra, evolution about first man is in many places including the volume of Pinchas. See my lecture when i post it because i quote the actual Zohar and the Ari. I will email you. Thanks.

The Light, is it a sign that the Light is shining through when people behind modern day empires the likes of Microsoft and lately, Facebook, are sharing 28th the ‘needy’ the majority of their fortunes? To me that is one (pardon If its too literal) interpretation of “all the universe conspires” though we have much ground to cover

  5. Gregory Minkovsky says:

You said “Smash those sub-atomic particles to delve into the very root of reality” and “Consciousness is the root of our reality.”

But you will not get into consciousness by smashing sub-atomic particles.

You quote “Scientist doesn’t want the truth. At least, not as their first priority. First, they want careers, success, money, power, control, and the propagation of their own views and belief systems” is wrong and negative idea.

“Today, science has merely become another form of religion” – not true. Make dictatorship or religious dark ages again and science will tell you something about your ideology.

    • It not only applies to science, it applies to me and to the religious establishment and to all people. We are all born with a consciousness that is more focused on our selfish desires than altruistic impulses. that’s by design. No shame in it. But we are here to transform. Kabbalah can totally reconcile science with spirituality and resolve the paradoxes currently haunting physicist.

  6. Gregory Minkovsky says:

Paradoxes currently haunting the kabbalist. Because he says consciousness is “electricity under microscope”. He has never learned that field is a form of matter. He even calls anti-matter a “consciousness”. Let’s forgive him by thinking it was a metaphor.

Scientific quest is the most altruistic across the dark ages and dictatorship. How many scientists lost their lives for truth. The latest is persecution of genetics in USSR (much longer story here), stand up against ideology and later their salaries in 90s, and up to now – do you want to match this against your budget to see who can speak about “careers, success, money, power, control, and the propagation of their own views and belief systems”?
