Hi Billy, where do other religions (Hindus, etc) fit into the three column system?

    • They fit in a vitally important way, just as all the organs of the body fit in and play a vital roll in keeping the body alive. But if the heart does not perform its function of spreading blood to all the organs, those organs become sick and cannot function properly. Similar concept here. In order for the entire world to begin to achieve a state of perfected existence, which is our destiny, the three faiths must unify and channel the Light into the body of humanity so that Hindus, Buddhists, Native Americans, Indigenous peoples all over the world, and every other aspect and belief system of humanity that is dedicated to oneness and Love Thy Neighbor can plug in.

Dear Billy. I love your posts. Great work! As a Jew and Kabbalah student, concerned about world affairs, and most of all concerned about and doing my own teshuva, I have studied classic Islam and listened to Jews and Christians who lived in Muslim countries and were forcibly expelled. While Islam professes to be a religion of peace, built into the Koran are many passages teaching global jihad (not just personal like teshuva), subjugating Jews and Christians, converting or killing all other infidels when conquering foreign lands, etc. i do not see anything changing until Mashiach comes. I agree we Jews need to transform and all else Kabbalah teaches. Just not sure your teaching Islam as a religion of peace is truthful or helpful. Makes many beautiful liberal souls (and I know many since that is where I come from) hide their head in the sand and ignore the real threat radical Islam poses. And from all I have read and heard, it does not take much to radicalize peaceful young Muslim men when called upon by their rabid caliphate. Comments?

    • There lies a simple and stunning truth beneath the Koran, The Torah and the New Testament that only Kabbalah explains: the wars against the enemies in all of the respective sacred texts of Judaism, Islam and Christianity are a code. The real enemy is the enemy within . A literal translation of a sacred text is the cause of our wars. The Torah tells Moses to wipe out every man, woman and child of the nation of Amalek. God seems to sanctioning genocide. The Kabbalists explain that the nation of Amalek is a code. The word has the same numerical value as the Hebrew word for “doubt.” We are here to slaughter and wipe out our doubts about the existence of God. Our doubts about the divine sparks that exist in our enemies. If we really, truly, and absolutely know the existence of God, felt the Divine eyes upon us, watching us, would we behave with intolerance? Of course not. We doubt. And so the story is about wiping out the “men, woman and children” which are the initial seedlings of doubts that we have, to the full blown adulterated negative thoughts we have that cause us to treat others intolerance. The enemies and infidels and wicked nations that the Torah speaks of and that Islam speaks of, is our own dark, selfish traits within us. Only a human being has the gift of consciousness to question, probe, study and learn. And our work in life is to probe, study and learn beyond the literal texts, as only a human being can, and find the soul of the text, the soul of the biblical stories, in order to find the soul within us, and the soul and divine sparks in our fellow man.
